Now starting at 9 p.m.
The City of Brockville’s postponed Canada Day fireworks are set to go ahead this Sunday, August 2, after severe weather forced the original celebration to be delayed.
Communications Coordinator Natalie Finucan says the show will still take place at Blockhouse Island, but the timing has changed from the original scheduled time of 9:45 p.m.
Finucan explained what attendees can expect.
Residents and visitors are encouraged to head to the waterfront, enjoy the fireworks and celebrate Canada.
