For now, Nancy says she has no major plans for the winnings and intends to save the money
A Brockville woman is celebrating a $100,000 lottery win after matching the last six of seven ENCORE numbers in exact order during the June 3, 2026 LOTTO 6/49 draw.
Nancy L. has been playing OLG lottery games for more than 30 years and says she always adds ENCORE to her LOTTO 6/49 tickets.
She discovered her winning ticket while having it checked at a store. “Normally, I would use the self-scanner, but that day I asked the store clerk to check my ticket for me. She scanned it, and the terminal froze. That’s when I knew I’d won a big prize, but I didn’t know how much I’d won yet.”
After learning she had won $100,000, Nancy said, “It’s hard to put it into words. I feel a sense of comfort having won this prize.”
For now, Nancy says she has no major plans for the winnings and intends to save the money.
