Major Brockville drug bust leads to 20 charges and major seizure of drugs, cash, and weapons

Police arrested three residents

Brockville Police have laid 20 charges following a major drug bust in the city.

Today (Nov. 3), members of the Brockville Police Service Intelligence and Drug Enforcement Unit, with help from the Emergency Response Team and the Ontario Provincial Police Tactics and Rescue Unit, executed two search warrants under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

The warrants were part of an ongoing investigation into drug trafficking in Brockville. Police arrested three residents — a 39-year-old man, a 31-year-old woman, and a 30-year-old woman — who now face multiple charges under the CDSA and the Criminal Code.

During the searches, officers seized trafficking quantities of cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, and methamphetamine tablets. They also recovered Canadian cash, several weapons, and a vehicle believed to be linked to the operation.

Police say the investigation highlights their continued efforts to disrupt drug trafficking networks and improve community safety in Brockville.
