Free transit tickets and big changes? What Brockville wants you to know about this public meeting

Officials say this is a key opportunity for riders to review the plan and offer feedback in person or in writing

The City of Brockville is inviting residents to a public transit meeting on Thursday, June 26, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Brockville Memorial Centre’s Community Hall.

This public meeting is part of the city’s legal duty to gather input from people with disabilities on its 2024–2029 Multi-Year Accessibility Plan. The plan outlines upcoming goals and improvements aimed at making public transportation easier and more inclusive for everyone.

Officials say this is a key opportunity for riders to review the plan and offer feedback in person or in writing. Those attending the meeting will receive a free two-way transit ticket for future use.

To request accessible formats or accommodations, email clerk@brockville.com. Written feedback can also be sent by mail to City Clerk Sheena Earl.
