Here in Brockville, Mayor Matt Wren says numbers housing numbers have been on the rise since last year.
The latest development to go up is called the 'Enclave', a 32-unit, eco-friendly rental building located at 125 Steacy Gardens, courtesy of the Kingston company, City Flats.
