More affordable housing continues to be a hot topic of discussion in our neighbouring communities and across the province.
Here in Brockville, Mayor Matt Wren says numbers housing numbers have been on the rise since last year.
The latest development to go up is called the 'Enclave', a 32-unit, eco-friendly rental building located at 125 Steacy Gardens, courtesy of the Kingston company, City Flats.
