It's official: The Brockville Railway Tunnel will officially reopen for the 2025 season on Friday, May 16, with a special ceremony at 2 p.m.
Visitors are invited to take the first walk of the year through Canada’s first railway tunnel, featuring a stunning light and sound experience.
The event will be held at the Tunnel South Entrance on Water Street, and everyone is welcome to attend.
Admission is free, with donations encouraged to support the ongoing preservation of the historic site.
