The community is invited to take part in “Coffee with a Cop” at 2 p.m. on October 22 at the McDonald’s on Parkdale Avenue
Brockville residents may spot police officers with a new mission in the coming weeks — spreading goodwill with a little help from McDonald’s.
The Brockville Police Service has announced a new partnership with the local McDonald’s to encourage positive experiences between law enforcement and the community. Officers on patrol will be handing out coupons for McDonald’s to people they see making positive contributions or having friendly interactions.
The initiative is designed to break down barriers and give residents a chance to connect with officers in a fun and approachable way.
In addition to the coupon giveaways, the community is invited to take part in “Coffee with a Cop” at 2 p.m. on October 22, 2025, at the McDonald’s on Parkdale Avenue. The event will give residents the chance to sit down, enjoy a coffee, and ask officers questions in a casual setting.
