Christmas Yard Tour

Hello Brockvillians There is a joyful hustle and bustle happening at 16 Broadway Avenue as my husband and I —Mark & Karen— prepare for our annual Christmas Yard Tour in support of our local food bank. This is our third year opening our home to the community, but our first year venturing into social media to help spread the word as seniors social media is all new to us. This year’s display is our biggest yet with over 20 Inflatables over 25 Displays. We have Rotating Xmas Trees , Snowmen and Reindeer, a Dancing Santa, plus Mrs. Claus’s Wrapping Station counting the days. We even have Elves spinning gifts and stirring cocoa. And a must see is our Cinderella carriage and Horse which we diys. The horse was made using paper mache and clay. The clay was made from Elmer’s glue, drywall compound and toilet paper. Yes you read that correctly toilet paper, come see how beautiful this 5’ high 6’ long horse turned out. Weather Permitting Our Christmas Yard Tour will be Open December 21, 22, 23 and after Xmas December 27, 28, and 29. Nightly at 5 to 8 PM Park on Broadway Ave. Walk the Lane Thru the Lighted Arch into Our Yard Admission is a Donation for the Food Bank you may have noticed the twinkling lights from the CN overpass on North Augusta Rd that’s us and We Can’t Wait to Share the Christmas Magic With You!
